Publisher
The site is running in a pre-launch version and has not yet published its full registration details. We will complete these before the production launch — and especially before any commercial layer appears. Until then, the only contact channel is the e-mail address below.

How the content is produced
The site has no human editorial team. The content of entries and the data compilations are produced with the involvement of language models, and we check that each figure matches the source document by cross-checking with several independent models. No human editor has confirmed these values against the original documents. We state this plainly on every page. A full description of the method can be found in the how we verify section.
We are not a healthcare provider or a dietetic practice. We do not give individual advice — such questions should be directed to a doctor or dietitian.
Reporting a data error
This is the most welcome type of message we can receive. If you notice a discrepancy between a value on the page and the source document, please write to us — state the page address and the page or table in the document. We will correct the value or withdraw it from publication pending clarification.
The method, based on cross-checking by AI models, catches accidental errors, but it is not infallible. Reports from readers are, for us, a genuine part of quality control.
Independence
Values, the content of entries and the choice of sources do not depend on any commercial partner. At present the site contains no advertising or affiliate links. Should these appear, they will be clearly marked as advertising material and kept separate from editorial content.
Copyright in the source data
Numerical values come from publicly available documents produced by public institutions and international organisations; for each we give the document and a link. The wording of health claims is a verbatim quotation from Regulation (EU) No 432/2012.
